A regular naysayer dismissed calls for a St Andrews railway, but events soon overtook his missive.
Apparently failing to understand the St Andrews case and hiding behind a pseudonym, the correspondent insists that buses are all that is required. He is of course wrong, because it is clear that despite the many buses, most people are choosing not to use them.
However his letter in the St Andrews Citizen was published the day after StARLink received some very good news …
