Kingdom FM covers 'Case for Change'

The acceptance by Transport Scotland of the St Andrews 'Case for Change' was covered on Kingdom FM.
The work, carried out by Stantec and funded by an award from the Local Rail Development Fund, shows that the status quo with respect to traffic is not tenable for St Andrews. Several measures to mitigate the problem to varying degrees are proposed, including a new railway.
The next stage of the work, already underway, is the Initial Options Appraisal, which should be completed by the end of the year.
