Policy Review gives green light for railway

The St Andrews Transport Policy Review was carried out by Peter Brett Associates, generously funded by the Royal Burgh of St Andrews Community Council and Railfuture. This took place in the wake of the inclusion of a request for a ’feasibility study’ by Fife Council in the Tay Cities’ Deal.
The findings were launched on 16th June at an event in St Andrews, attended by representatives of Fife Council and the rail industry. Also featured were an analysis of St Andrews single mode transport features carried out by Dr Ian Goudie plus the case for the railway presented by Dita Stanis-Traken.
