Kingdom FM coverage of 50th anniversary

Supporters for a new St Andrews Railway assembled this morning at the site of the old station, to mark the 50th anniversary of the last train’s arrival on 4th January 1969. Kingdom FM covered the occasion.

Later this evening campaigners will be meeting at 22:00 in the Jigger Inn before walking the last few yards of the line aiming to arrive at 22:37 GMT, exactly 50 years after the last train.
